The 2006 Clos de L’Obac is a blend of 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Garnacha, and the balance equal parts Syrah, Merlot, and Carinena aged for 14 months in new French oak. Exceptionally fragrant, it delivers a complex aromatic array of wood smoke, mineral, roasted herbs, incense and black cherry. Velvety-textured, layered, and ripe, it is well balanced and has 3-4 years of aging potential. Drink it from 2013 to 2026.
