The 2009 Pinot Noir Dundee Cuvee offers up a slightly reticent bouquet of cedar, spice box, rose petal, cherry, and cranberry. This leads to a firm, savory, smooth-textured effort with ample spicy red fruit flavors and good balance. Drink this tasty effort over the next 5-6 years. Dobbes Family Estate was challenged by the 2009 vintage as 8 of their 10 entries could not be recommended. However, the two above wines are excellent (if over-priced for what they deliver).Tel.
