Made from just over 50% Cabernet Sauvignon with 26% Merlot, 9% Syrah, 6% Cabernet Franc, 3% Malbec and 1% Petite Verdot, the 2020 Red Mountain Blend opens to a red-fruited, firm and juicy nose with elegant oak essences. Medium to full-bodied, the wine is succulent and mineral on the palate and gives way to a firm tannic edge that lingers with soft char notes on the finish. The wine rested for 18 months in 51% new oak barrels, 62% American and 38% French. Just over 67,000 bottles were produced.
