The 2010 Roquers de Porrera is 80% Carinena and Garnacha from the Mas d-en Cacador vineyard in Porrera complemented with Merlot and Syrah. It has a fragrant, perfumed nose mixing notes of flowers with aromas of smoked bacon and earthy hints. The palate is medium-bodied, much lighter than anticipated, with good freshness and clean flavors. The fine-grained tannins are there, but seem to be well-padded by the glycerin and the fruit.
