The 1999 St.-Aubin En Remilly was produced from 35-year old vines, harvested at 12.5% natural potential alcohol. It reveals a spice, toast, and cream-scented nose. Medium-bodied, with excellent depth and richness of fruit, this silky-textured wine has a flavor profile composed of minerals, toasted bread, and lovely layers of spices. It should be consumed over the next 6 years.
