Quite firm and unusually austere for a 2015, Graillot's 2015 Saint Joseph needs about 5 years of cellaring. It does offer fine, mineral notions of crushed stone and wonderfully vibrant cassis, so it should blossom in time, but right now, this full-bodied wine is just backward and tight.
