Even though the 2010 Stevens Road Cabernet Sauvignon has notes of tobacco leaf and exotic spice, the purity of fruit—both in flavor and texture in the mouth—is supreme. The wine also reveals smoked raspberry, Sichuan peppercorn, juniper, bay leaf, saltbush and nori. Awesome.
