The 2007 Sacra Natura was made with organically grown fruit. A blend of 35% Carinena, 20% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, and the balance Syrah and Tempranillo, it spent six months in French, American, and Hungarian oak. Purple-colored, it offers up a complex bouquet of underbrush, spice box, incense, black cherry, and blueberry. Dense and nearly impenetrable on the palate, it will require 3-5 years to show its full potential.
