The 2007 ARAGONEZ is, at this point in its development, sweet and laid back, easy going and charming, with modest depth and intensity. It is very tasty, though, and develops an earthier note with air. It will not turn into anything much more with more cellaring as it lacks depth and has relatively modest structure.
