The 2010 Sauvignon Blanc offers ripe apple, melon and pink grapefruit aromas with hints of fresh herbs. Medium bodied with a good amount of apple and citrus fruit flavors, it has refreshing acidity and a long, herbaceous finish. Drink it now through 2013. The Waipara Hills range is produced by Mud House with the focus for this label on Waipara fruit with some Marlborough and Central Otago wines.
