The 2006 Demora is 100% Tempranillo aged for 22 months in 50% new, mostly French oak. Purple-colored, it offers a nose of toasty oak, pencil lead, violets, mineral, and blackberry. Structured, sweetly fruited, but just a bit lean on the mid-palate, it may fill out with several more years of bottle age.
