Having last year tasted the 2006 Sauvignon Blanc Noble from barrel, I was very impressed with the bottled sample. Lovely ripe honeyed fruit on the nose with touches of mango and apricot. The palate is very pure, lovely acidity, honeyed, citrus, apricot and peach. Such tension and vibrancy on the finish. Wonderful – brilliant poise.
