The slightly reductive white 2015 òl(fā)bia is a blend of 50% Garnacha Blanca, 43% Viognier and 7% Pedro Ximenez from north-facing vines at 550 meters in Porrera. It fermented in a combination (usually 50/50) of oak barrels and stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts where the wines matured separately for six months. It has notes of fennel and Mediterranean herbs over a core of white fruit. There is some creaminess and moderate acidity. 3,500 bottles were filled in March 2016.

This fleshy white delivers apricot, blood orange and coconut flavors, with herbal and smoky notes adding a savory balance. Tangy acidity enlivens the broad texture. Big and bold, yet balanced. Drink now through 2022. 50 cases made.??–TM??Region: Spain / Priorat Select to Add
