The 2009 Hope Vineyard Riesling appears very youthful, giving a great intensity of lemon-lime notes with touches of dill seed and wet pebbles. Medium bodied and medium-dry (13 grams per liter of residual sugar), the palate is crisp, concentrated, well balanced and leaves a long finish. Though delicious now, it seems very young and restrained, suggesting it could have more to show. I recommend drinking it 2012 to 2017. Importer: RBL Imports, St Helena, CA.
