The 2021 Epoch White is a blend of 47% Grenache Blanc, 39% Viognier and 14% Roussanne matured in 10% new French oak. It offers soaring perfume of quince, hazelnut, beeswax and flint with fine spicy tones. The medium-bodied palate is bright and juicy with an alluring, satiny texture and a tremendously long finish. Generous yet balanced, it's an ideal candidate for developing savory complexity in bottle over the next few years. 844 cases were made.

The 2020 Epoch White is a blend of 49% Grenache Blanc, 43% Viognier and 8% Roussanne. It has gregarious aromas of musk, lychee and white peaches alongside tones of baker's yeast, white pepper and herbal, spicy accents that are reminiscent of Grüner Veltliner. The palate is gently rounded, super fresh and very spicy, finishing long and textural. 505 cases were made.

The 2019 Epoch White is made up of 47% Grenache Blanc, 42% Viognier and 11% Roussanne. It has lovely honeyed aromas with notions of hay, hazelnut, elderflower and white stone fruits. The palate is medium-bodied with a rounded, gently leesy texture and bright pops of freshness on the long, gently honeyed finish. I'd love to taste this with a couple years of bottle age. 585 cases produced.

The 2018 Epoch White is made up of 47% Grenache Blanc, 42% Viognier and 11% Roussane aged in 14% new oak. It has floral aromas of honeysuckle, orange blossom and musk with a core of poached pears, green apples, lime peel, fresh quince and a minerally undercurrent. The palate is light to medium-bodied, clean, fresh and floral with mouthwatering freshness and a long, lifted finish. 720 cases produced.

A blend of 48% Viognier, 40% Grenache Blanc and 12% Roussanne, the 2017 Epoch White is further testimony to the excellence of which Paso Robles whites are capable, wafting from the glass with a fragrant bouquet of peach, white flowers and lime cordial. On the palate, it's medium-bodied, taut and concentrated, with mouthwatering acids and a long, fragrant and beautifully delineated finish. While Viognier is the largest component of the blend, it doesn't drown out the other varieties' voices.
