The 2013 Epoch White is a blend 47% Grenache Blanc, 45% Viognier and 8% Roussanne. It opens with delicate notions of acacia and baby’s breath, Bosc pear, quince peel and fresh apples with touches of lime peel and candle wax. Light to medium-bodied, it’s very pretty in the mouth with delicate but intense, floral-laced fruits and great freshness to lift the finish. 604 cases were made.

A beautiful white that’s made from 47% Grenache Blanc, 45% Viognier and the balance Roussanne, the 2013 White offers clean, classy notes of apple blossom, citrus rind and salty minerality to go with a medium-bodied, balance and nicely focused feel on the palate. Aged 6 months on less, in 25% concrete, 33% Stainless and the rest in neutral oak, this beauty has both richness and freshness. Drink it over the coming 1-2 years. – August 2014 (Jeb Dunnuck)
