The 2017 Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc is complex on the nose, offering up hints of truffle, honey and citrus. Full-bodied but rather linear in structure, this lovely white is balanced, long, zesty and elegant. It should drink well for 3-4 years.

Made entirely in stainless steel, the 2016 Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc is a medium to full-bodied wine that has retained ample freshness. Pear and apple aromas and flavors finish tight and crisp. Either drink it young, or hold it 10 years if you like your whites more developed.

I loved the light-colored, fresh, crisp 2015 Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc, and this medium-bodied effort has tons of class and is impeccably balanced. Giving up plenty of crisp apple, mint and citrus, it’s lightly textured, but has solid intensity and length. Drink it over the coming couple of years.

The 2014 Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc is a clean, crisp and medium-bodied white that gives up lots of citrus, white flowers and hints of apple blossom on the nose. It has beautiful purity, good acidity and a clean finish. It should drink nicely for 2-3 years, if not longer.

Giving up plenty of melon, honeyed stone fruits and leafy herbs, the 2013 Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc is medium-bodied, rounded, juicy and downright quaffable. Drink it over the coming year or so.
