Medium to deep garnet/purple, the 2012 Shiraz Brookman Vineyard has intense black and red currants, plums and cherries with some dried herb, tree bark and loam notes. Full-bodied, rich and concentrated, the savory and earthy palate is structured by firm, grainy tannins and a long finish. It needs time.

Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2011 Brookman Syrah displays aromas of dried plums, mulberries and fruit cake with underlying Szechuan pepper and chargrilled meat hints. The palate is relatively soft and voluptuous compared to the other Syrahs of this vintage, with medium-level, velvety tannins and seamless acid, finishing long and peppery. Drink it now to 2025+. Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2010 Brookman Vineyard Syrah displays notes of licorice, peppered salami and mocha over black plums and blackberry compote. Full-bodied, fruit forward and concentrated in the mouth, it has medium to firm levels of silky tannins and balanced acid to hold through the long finish. Drink it now to 2019.
