Mont Redon's 2020 Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc is a tank-made blend of 55% Grenache Blanc, 20% Clairette, 15% Roussanne and 10% Picpoul Blanc. Scents of fresh pineapple, white peach and citrus mark the nose, while the palate is medium to full-bodied and lush without being heavy, finishing crisp and mouthwatering, with a mild sensation of dried spices and crushed stones. Tasted twice (once blind), with consistent notes.
