From older vines and fermented with additional whole cluster (50-60%), the 2011 Syrah Originals is a more concentrated version of the Estate Syrah and offers up brilliant black raspberry, hints of game, licorice and spice as well as a textured, layered and medium to full-bodied profile on the palate. Give it another 2-3 years in the cellar and enjoy through 2021. Drink 2015-2021.
