The 2015 Vittoria Frappato Il Frappato is an elegant and streamlined wine that offers a pretty bouquet of wild berry, cranberry, herb and blue flowers. The Frappato grape is very influenced by the soils it is planted on. Valle dell'Acate has taken care to dedicate its vineyard plots with thin, sandy soils where the roots can extend far underground to this delicate variety. The grape delivers a good dose of natural acidity and you will notice that sourness on the finish.
