Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2008 Redbank Cabernet Sauvignon displays intense notes of ripe cassis, crushed blackberries and eucalypt over cloves, cumin seeds and dried Mediterranean herbs. Very crisp and medium bodied in the mouth, the fruit is muscular and taut, supported by medium-firm grainy tannins and finishing long.
