Offering up aromas of cassis and cherries mingled with hints of loamy soil, warm spices and orange rind, Rousseau's 2020 Gevrey-Chambertin Clos du Chateau is medium to full-bodied, lively and nicely concentrated, with bright acids, powdery tannins and a long, penetrating finish. It's the finest rendition of this bottling to date.
