The Cantine Bonacchi 2012 Brunello di Montalcino Molino del Piano offers a slightly flat and oxidative aromatic profile. Thanks to tones of dried fruit, old spice and cured meat, this wine tastes older than it actually is. The mouthfeel is tight and sharp with moderate depth and complexity. This Brunello is aged in large oak casks for three years. Some 70,000 bottles are made.
