The 2008 Perles Blanques is made up of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay aged on its lees for 24 months. White fruits and minerals inform the nose of this savory, relatively dry Cava. A bit one-dimensional on the palate but with good volume and length, it will drink well over the next 1-2 years. Caves Naveran was established in 1985.
