The purple-colored 2006 Cesar Principe is 100% Tempranillo sourced from vines over 60 years of age and aged in new French oak for 16 months. The nose gives up aromas of cedar, mineral, tobacco, espresso, and blackberry leading to a layered wine with ample sweet, spicy, fruit, a firm structure, and a medium-long finish.
