The 2014 Pommard 1er Cru les Croix Noires has an elegant, quite complex bouquet with blackberry, blueberry and hints of iodine coming through with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied, more candied than the Fremiers and seems to have a touch of volatility towards the finish. Personally, I find the Fremiers has more control and refinement, at least out of barrel.
