This medium to dark ruby colored wine displays blackberry aromatics, and a lush, cherry and earth-flavored, medium-bodied, and seductive character. This well-made, satiny, and easy-going wine will make for excellent near-term drinking (I wanted to drink it right out of the barrel!). Anticipated maturity: now-2003.
