Like with the Terres Boisées, the 2013 St Péray Fleur de Crussol was raised in mostly 400-liter barrels, with one-third being new. Its medium gold color is followed by terrific notes of white peach, white flowers, brioche and freshly crushed rocks. Full-bodied, rich and admirably textured, it stays fresh and lively on the finish, with good acidity. It too will drink nicely for at least 4-5 years.
