The 2011 Chardonnay is sourced from individual vineyard sites located in the southern reaches of the Margaret River region. 100% of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged for 12 months in barrel. Aromas of shaved almonds, nectarines and lemon curd lead with hints of struck match, meal and brioche. Medium-bodied, there is a nice silkiness to the texture and plenty of bang-on flavor layers finishing with good persistence. Drink it now to 2017+.
