Cropped from an atypical, cool and wet year, the 2016 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon was produced with grapes from Vista Flores. It fermented in concrete vats, and 50% of the volume matured in used oak barrels for one year. It has a creamy nose with some balsamic and herbal notes. There is less influence from the élevage and more freshness, very fine tannins and a tasty finish. 31,210 bottles produced. It was bottled in September 2017.

Taut, with fine-grained flavors of dark currant, dried dark cherry and berry that are accented by intense notes of tar and black licorice. Savory finish. Drink now through 2021. 2,670 cases made, 300 cases imported.??–KM??Region: Argentina / Mendoza Select to Add
