Cropped from an atypical, cool and wet year, the 2016 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon was produced with grapes from Vista Flores. It fermented in concrete vats, and 50% of the volume matured in used oak barrels for one year. It has a creamy nose with some balsamic and herbal notes. There is less influence from the élevage and more freshness, very fine tannins and a tasty finish. 31,210 bottles produced. It was bottled in September 2017.
