Medium to deep ruby colored, the 2010 Single Vineyard Southern Clays Pinot Noir gives aromas of fruits of the forest compote, black forest cake and moss covered bark with hints of forest floor and fungi. Medium-bodied with a good concentration of slowly evolving red and black berry flavors and a pleasant earthy edge, it is well supported with low to medium level grainy tannins and refreshing acid, finishing with very good persistence. Drink it now to 2017+.
