The 2007 Borsao Crianza Seleccion is made up of 50% Garnacha, 25% Tempranillo, and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon aged for 10 months in French and American oak. Dark ruby-colored, it displays a perfume of red and black fruits, spice box, leather, and violets. In the mouth it leans toward elegance while also providing plenty of grip and concentration. This lengthy effort can be enjoyed over the next 5-6 years.
Bodegas Borsao has long been known for high quality value-priced wines and the current releases are no exception.
