The flagship offering, the 2004 Bacio Divino Proprietary Red, is a blend of 57% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, and equal parts Sangiovese and Petite Sirah. A more dramatic wine, it offers notes of black raspberries, incense, Provencal herbs, spice box, and sweet cherries. While it has more tannin, concentration, structure, and longevity than the Pazzo, I am not convinced it is any better. Previously recommended: 2003 Pazzo (91), 2003 Bacio Divino (93).Tel. and Fax (707) 942-8464
