The 2015 Chablis is certainly a step up in power from the Petit Chablis this year, with cold flint and smoky notes, almost 2014 in style and impressive for a village cru. The palate is well balanced with a touch of almond and white chocolate, the acidity nicely judged; the finish is perhaps slightly curtailed, but maintaining tautness and vibrancy.
