The Azelia 2018 Barbera d'Alba Punta is a ripe and brawny red wine with lots of dark fruit, cola, earth and dried violet. With a 15% alcohol content, the wine delivers quite a punch, but the tannins are soft and yielding. These qualities make this a great food wine, especially if pasta or lasagna is on the menu tonight.
