Ripe, rounded and layered, with gorgeous caramelized peach, browned butter and brioche, the 2014 Hermitage Blanc (60/40 Marsanne and Roussanne aged 20 months in barrel) is medium-bodied, supple and full, with more apple characteristics on the palate. It's a rich, beautifully textured, layered white that should be consumed over the coming 2-3 years, or cellared for 7-8 years.
