The 2013 El Pecado, a Mencía field blend from old vines in Ribeira Sacra (but sold without appellation), has a more Northern Rh?ne profile, with notes reminiscent of violets, smoked bacon and tar. The palate is juicy, round and very intense. It has great acidity and very fine tannins. This vintage combines elegance and power. This is a wine produced with 40% full clusters. 1,500 bottles produced.
