The 1993 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate exhibits a healthy dark ruby/purple color, followed by an attractive, moderately intense nose of chocolate, smoke, and rich cassis fruit. Medium to full-bodied, with a tannic edge, this wine reveals excellent richness, fine purity, and an appealing texture. Although young and unevolved, it is accessible.
