The top wine of the estate, Coralie’s 100% Grenache 2012 Chateauneuf du Pape Saint-Georges is a gorgeous wine that exhibits loads of ripe blueberry, lavender, ground herbs and hints of graphite (which is the only trace I can find from its oak élevage). It’s full-bodied, ripe and textured, with a broad, expansive feel on the palate, sweet tannin and terrific length. Drink it anytime over the coming decade.
