The 2010 Alto Adige Lagrein Riserva Tor di Lupo is aged 12 months in barrique and possess an added dose of elegance and grace when compared to its peers. The rustic, raw fruit tones you sometimes get with Lagrein are not present here. Instead, the wine offers dried blackberry, spice and earthy aromas that develop and broaden as the wine takes on more air in the glass. Its texture is seamless and smooth.
