A wine that almost always lives up to its lofty expectations, this vintage being no different. Has aromas of pastry crust, blueberry, anise and graham cracker. It’s not as brawny as it is in some vintages but this is still a wine of class and pedigree, with smooth tannins, and lively black and blueberry fruit that lasts through a long finish.
