The 2010 Private Bin East Coast Pinot Gris offers pronounced notes of warm peaches, poached pears and mace with a hint of honeysuckle. Medium bodied and dry with a barely detectable touch of residual sugar (4.9 grams per liter), it gives a decent amount of stone fruit and fresh pear flavors in the mouth with crisp acid and a long finish.
