The 2017 Alto Adige Pinot Bianco Tradition is a delightful white wine that is both fun and easy to drink. The bouquet is mild and neutral in personality with subtle stone fruit, apricot and Golden Delicious apple. Its appearance is luminous and bright. Pair this wine with fried shrimp or spicy sushi rolls. This is excellent value. Some 65,000 bottles were made.
