With aromas of freshly sliced green apples, lemon pastilles and pears with touches of honeysuckle and dill seed, the 2012 Tumbarumba Sauvignon Blanc is light to medium-bodied, crisp and shows a good concentration of savory, apple and pear flavors before it finishes with good length.
