The 2015 Greco di Tufo Serum is a zesty fresh and irresistible wine. Vines are planted in limestone-rich tufo soils and like the Fiano di Avellino, the Greco di Tufo is also aged on the fine lees for three months in stainless steel vats. This process has contributed to the mild creaminess and the aromatic intensity that adds so much personality here. The finish is spicy and super crisp.

This is light- to medium-bodied and fleshy in texture, with enough acidity for balance and an expressive mix of peaches and cream, apple blossom, grated ginger and lemon pith notes.
