The 2008 Marion’s Pinot Noir is aged in French oak barrels for 13 months, 30% new. Medium ruby colored, it has intense cranberry and red cherry aromas with some moss, tree bark and dried herbs plus a whiff of lavender. Full bodied and well structured with crisp acid and a medium level of silky tannins, the finish is long and graceful. Drink it now to 2015.
