A classic vintage for Suduiraut, this rich, full-bodied, expansive, viscous, fully mature wine has a wonderful honeyed, almond, caramel-scented bouquet, rich, sweet, deep, succulent flavors, full body, and a muscular, aggressive finish. The 1967 is perhaps not a match for the 1959 or 1976, but it is certainly the best wine produced at this chateau between these two vintages. Anticipated maturity: Now-2000. Last tasted, 3/88.
