The versatile and good-valued 2017 Bianco di Torgiano Torre di Giano would pair with a wide range of foods, from salads to roast chicken. The blend here is 50% Vermentino, 30% Grechetto and 20% Trebbiano. The wine is produced exclusively with free-run juice after a brief cryomaceration, fermentation in stainless steel at low temperatures and aging on the fine lees until bottling. The results are luminous, clean and simple. Some 300,000 bottles were made.
