Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2013 The High Trellis Cabernet Sauvignon has notes of warm black currants, black plums and menthol with hints of pencil shavings and fragrant herbs. Medium-bodied, finely crafted and with a refreshing backbone, the grainy tannins nicely support the vibrant black berry flavors, and there's good length on the finish.
